Negotiations between shareholders' representatives

The negotiations between QazaqGaz NC JSC, represented by Mr. Akbar Tulegenov, the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited, represented by Mr. Hu Ning, Assistant General Director, were held in the office of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline Company on July 16, 2026. The leaders of the joint ventures took part in the negotiations: Asia Gas Pipeline LLP and  Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP. During the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in rendering the  comprehensive support to the long-term, stable and sustainable development of the joint ventures and expressed their readiness to promote coordination and resolving the key issues.
