A forum of UMAI Gas Women's Club

A forum of UMAI Gas Women’s Club of Intergas Central Asia JSC was held in Astana on July 17, 2026, dedicated to the future of employment market, development of modern competencies and the opportunities, which discover the artificial intelligence and digital technologies. The forum became an open platform for the exchange of experience, discussion of current trends and the search for new solutions that contribute to development of the human capital, professional growth and strengthening of the women’s leadership qualities in the energy industry. Ms. Zong Hong, the General Director of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP, took part in the forum. In her speech on the subject “Opportunities and development of women in the process of the energy industry digital transformation”, she emphasized that digitalization opens up new prospects for women when it comes to professional fulfillment, participation in the management of technological changes and implementation of innovative solutions.
