Reporting meeting held by Deputy General Director for Business Support with employees of subdivisions of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.

On June 30, 2016 Deputy General Director for Business Support B.Suanbekov held a meeting with employees of subdivisions of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.                             Mr. Suanbekov announced the most significant results of works completed in I quarter, 2016. On March 25, 2016 the Partnership held the corporate event devoted to celebrating of state holiday “Nauryz Meiramy” where employees were awarded with letters of appreciation for significant contribution to the Partnership’s activity, for constructive approach to work, loyalty and commitment to the Partnership. Apart of that, to motivate employees, the Board of the Partnership has approved lump sum payment of premium to the Partnership’s employees on the eve of “Nauryz Meiramy” holiday in the amount of 3 (three) minimum earnings. Moreover, to increase motivation, in accordance with existing Regulations for labour remuneration, on the basis of appraisal of employees’ performance and results of execution of production figures, the Partnership paid the premium to employees for I quarter of 2016, based on results of works performed.                             Within the framework of Regulations for integrated internal communication system between employers and employees the conference calls, line managers meetings with employees of subdivisions are held in the Partnership. Suggestions box has been arranged. Permanent monitoring of execution by ЕРС Contractors of conditions in section 11.9 “Services for owner” of ЕРС Contracts in terms of provision of payments for meal, accommodation, communication, transport and personal protection means has been ensured. The Partnership has uninterrupted supplies with all required commodity and material valuables, telecommunication and Internet services, and transport means. Daily safety meeting is held with drivers of the Partnership.                             Director of Kyzylorda’s representative office and General Director Mr. Serik Yestay visited Saksaulsk, Aksuat, Karaozek, Bozoy ERCs and held series of meeting with Contractors. Moreover, specialists of this Representative office coordinated and resolved a set of issues including allotment of land plot for constriction of FOCL at Deputy Akim of Kyzylorda oblast Mr. Kozhaniyazov S.S., and Committee for management of land resources. The representative office in Astana is assisting in resolution of issues related to obtaining of visa for the Partnership’s employees at Investment Committee and signing of Minutes of meeting on construction of Karaozek CS, held under the chairmanship of General Director of the Partnership. Mr. Suanbekov mentioned general objectives for II quarter of 2016 including: implementation of the plan on acquisition of interactive sensory equipment for transition from paper medium to electronic media (for provision of company’s information);  upgrading of the Partnership’s web-site; training of the Partnership’s employees in accordance with the approved training plan;  dealing between the Partnership and Synergy Astana LLP for service maintenance of block packaged power stations,  gas reduction units, shelters for telecommunication equipment at facilities of BBS MGP 0-1454.2 km; provision of overalls and personal protection equipment for the Partnership’s employees going to business trip to the route and working on the route; coordination of supplies of Bozoy, Saksaulsk, Aksuat, Shonrak, Karaozek villages.                             Further on, following items of the agenda, B.Suanbekov – Deputy General Director for Business Support handed a letter of appreciation to Ms. A .Zhunusova, Senior Accountant of Accounting and Reporting Department for a significant contribution to development of the Partnership.
