KazTransGas welcomes Independence Day with tremendous achievements.
On the eve of Independence Day, solemn events were held in the group of companies of KazTransGas JSC.
Deputy Chairman of Management Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas Kairat Sharipbayev congratulated workers of domestic gas industry on the main national holiday.
– For every nation, every person, the independence is the most valuable thing in life. This holiday is very important for all Kazakhstanis!
“The path traveled by our country, establishment of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an independent state, its formation on the world stage, development is a personal achievement of the Head of State, Elbasy – Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev”, – Kairat Sharipbayev emphasized in his speech.
He also noted that this year the Kazakh gas industry is celebrating several momentous events at a time, one of which is 10 years of Kazakhstan-China gas pipeline operation.
– This is a unique international megaproject that binds several countries at once – Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, China and meets the interest of all stakeholders in history. Today, as a part of international initiative of People’s Republic of China “One Belt and One Road” and “Nurly Zhol” Kazakhstan state program, our forces are aimed at further expanding of transcontinental transit as well as trade and economic routes, Kairat Sharipbayev said.
Kazakhstan–China main gas pipeline over 10 years of its operation has shown not only its effectiveness, but also of great economic and geopolitical importance for our states. Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas gave an example of recently signed contract on supplies of Kazakhstan gas in the amount of 50 billion cubic meters within 5 years for export to China. This long-term contract will bring to Kazakhstan foreign exchange profits in the amount of more than 10 billion dollars.
Participants of the event highlighted other important events of the year. Compressor stations No. 5 and No. 7 of “C” line were commissioned on the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Aral compressor station the operation of which will increase capacity of Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent gas pipeline from 10 billion to 15 billion cubic meters of gas has been connected. The operation of Turkestan compressor station will be started on a recent day. It was specifically noted that all facilities have been constructed in record-breaking time. All these are the achievements of the National Company KazMunayGas and National Gas Operator KazTransGas.
Group of companies KazTransGas JSC has met all production indicators, while the national operator achieved a record income this year.
Another good event on Industrialization Day was awarding to Intergas Central Asia JSC of Grand Prix for Business Social Responsibility Competition “Paryz” for environmental contributions.
All these achievements make it possible to fulfill the instructions of the Head of State to increase transport and transit potential of the country, strengthen the energy security of Kazakhstan. As Kairat Sharipbayev emphasized, the plan of KazTransGas JSC for 2018 was fulfilled and this is the merit of the entire large, committed team of the company.
The solemn ceremony was continued by awarding of state awards and Certificates of appreciation to the best workers of gas industry.
The best workers of the Company were awarded with the “Kurmet order”, “Enbek danky of III degree”, medal “Yerebeni Ushіn”, the anniversary medal “Astana 20 zhyl”, the medal of the Ministry of Energy of the RK – “Munai – gas keshenin damytuga koskan ulesi ushin”, Diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, commemorative signs of KazMunayGaz, a certificate of honor, letters of appreciation of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC National Welfare Fund Samruk–Kazyna, JSC NC KazMunayGas, JSC KazTransGas.
In total, more than 350 employees have been awarded in the entire companies group.
