Reporting meeting of the Deputy Director General for business support with employees of structural units of Beineu – Shymkent gas Pipeline LLP.

December 15, 2016, Deputy General Director for business support Jia Huaigan held a meeting with workers of structural divisions of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.

Summing up the results of 2016, this year Jia Huaigan noted the fruitful work of the business support unit. The EPC contractors constantly monitored the fulfillment of the terms of section 11.9 “Services for the Customer” of EPC contracts regarding the provision of payment for food, accommodation, transport and personal protective equipment, which is an important component of the work of the Customer’s Representatives in the construction sites. In order to ensure the safety of the Partnership’s employees in emergencies, plans have been developed: response to emergencies in the office, actions in case of a traffic accident, preparation and response to emergencies in crowded places (during cultural events). There is also a daily safety briefing with the drivers of the Partnership. September 18, 2016 in order to maintain the principles of a healthy lifestyle for employees of the Partnership held a corporate teambuilding dedicated to the day of oil and gas worker. The partnership is continuously provided with all necessary commodity and material values, communication and Internet services, auxiliary personnel services, operation of vehicles.

The Director of the representative office of Kyzylorda together with the General Director Estay S. conducted a tour of the emergency-response centers in the village of Saksaulsk, Aksuat, Karaozek, Bozoy, and held a number of meetings with Contractors. The representative office of Astana has assisted in resolving issues on the transaction between Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP and INTERGAS Central Asia JSC by signing a contract of sale of design and estimate documentation for the project KS-4 “Karaozek” (3rd start-up complex of the 2nd stage of construction) of the Basic Project “construction of the Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Gas Pipeline”. The main objectives according to Jia Huaigan for the first quarter of 2017 are the priority purchases of the Partnership.

In conclusion of the reporting meeting Jia Huaigan thanked the staff for fruitful work and congratulated everybody with the Happy New Year 2017.
