KazTransGas JSC group of companies has been highly evaluated under results of recent business transformation.

Heads of structural subdivisions of National operator KazTransGas JSC in Astana have presented results of business transformation for 2014-2016, as well as information on preparing of weekly reports, gas balance, monitoring of investment projects implementation, information on price formation by regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and liberalization of gas market.

Participated in the meeting Vice President for Strategy KazMunayGas NC JSC Ms. Asiya Syrgabekova highly evaluated the results of transformation and optimization of National Operator’s management structure.

Moreover, a positive feedback has been given to procedures on enhancement of resource base and business development, provision of financial stability. Asiya Syrgabekova pointed out the necessity to focus on further efforts for enhancement of interrelated work in all areas of activities in order to improve efficiency of business processes.

The information announced in the course of meeting will allow to continue joint efficient work on establishment of integrated strategic planning system within KazMunayGas NC JSC Group of companies.
