Zeng Keran was born on April 5, 1989 in Chongqing, PRC. In 2010 he graduated from China University of Petroleum, specialized in “Oil and gas transportation and storage”.

From 2012 to 2015 he worked as lead engineer in Asia Gas Pipeline LLP.
From 2015 to 2016 he worked as head of compressor station CS-8 in Asia Gas Pipeline LLP.
From 2016 to 2019 he took position of Director of Almaty Control Center in Asia Gas Pipeline LLP.
From 2019 to 2023 he took position of First Deputy Director of Taraz GTU in Asia Gas Pipeline LLP.
Since May 15, 2023 he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Technical Issues in Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
