Liu Wanyu – was born in 1974, native of PRC, Liaoning province. In 1997 graduated from Liaoning University, Department of Economics, with a specialization in Economics.
At different times held managerial positions at TAPline.
Since June 2011 he has been working at Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP on a position of Director of Corporate Finances Department, Deputy General Director for Economy and Finances.
From August 2016 he was assigned on a position of Deputy General Director – Chief Accountant of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline.
Since April 1, 2021, he has been appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance
