Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP would like to announce on holding of the Open tender for the purchase of works for the construction of the along route (service) road of Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Gas Pipeline of the second phase (Beineu-Bozoy section 0-311km) for Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Gas Pipeline Construction Project.
All desirous potential suppliers meeting qualification requirements, specified in bid documentation are allowed for the tender.
Bid documentation package is available for receipt by 18:30 of May 10, 2017 inclusively at the address: 213 room, 77, Abylai khan ave., Almaty, 050000 daily except for weekends and holidays, from 9:00 a.m. up to 18:30 p.m. (dinner from 13:00 till 14:30) of Almaty time.
For receiving the Bid documentation package, it is necessary to submit a power of attorney for a representative of a Potential supplier certified by the seal of a legal entity for receiving the Bid documentation as well as the letter of request for participation in the tender developed in any form on the official letterhead indicating the full name of the tender, details with the stamp of a legal entity (original).
For submission of the bid documentation it is necessary to provide: a power of attorney to a representative of a potential bidder for submission of the bid certified by a seal of a legal entity.
Bids of the potential suppliers registered in the log of registration of the bid documentation issued for the participation in the tender are submitted (sent) by potential suppliers in sealed envelopes to Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP located at the address: 213 room, 77, Abylai khan ave., Almaty, 050000.
Bid closing date is May 11, 2017 by 10:00 a.m.
Bid envelopes will be opened at 12:00 on May 11, 2017 at the following address: 205 room, 77, Abylai khan ave., Almaty, 050000. Potential suppliers may attend at bid envelopes opening in case of presence the power of attorney to a representative of a potential bidder for participation on envelops opening procedure.
In addition to the above stated, Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP would like to inform that due to considerable volume of electronic version of Attachment No.13 of draft contract for purchase of works on construction of the along-route (services) road of Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Main Gas Pipeline, Second Section (Beineu-Bozoy section 0-311km) under the Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Main Gas Pipeline Construction Project, the potential suppliers who have power of attorney for receipt of tender documentation, can receive it by copying to electronic carrier (memory stick with the available volume not less than 3 (three) Gb) at the address: 77, Abylai khan ave., Almaty, 213 office by 18:30 as of May 10, 2017.
