Fu Jingyi – date of birth 1988, born in PRC, Heilongjiang province. In 2010, she graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a degree in Accounting. In 2011, she earned her Master’s degree in the same field from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In 2012, Fu Jingyi began her career in the U.S. at PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP, where she served as a Financial Specialist.
From 2013 to 2017, she worked in Beijing and Myanmar as Supervisor of Financial Department at CNPC South-East Asia Pipeline Company Limited. Between 2018 and 2020, she held the position of Supervisor of Financial Department at Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited.
From 2020 to 2025, she advanced to the role of Senior Supervisor of Financial Department in the same company.
Since June 2025, she has been appointed as Deputy General Director, Economics and Finance at “Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline” LLP.
