Dai Weisheng – was born in 1966, native of PRC, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region. In 2006, he received a Master’s degree in Economics from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai in Almaty.
From 2006 to 2014, he held the position of Deputy General Director for administrative affairs at CPPE (Kazakhstan) LLP.
From 2014 to 2020, he worked as Deputy Director of Trans Tajik Gas Pipeline Company Limited (TTGP).
From November 2020 – appointed to a position of Deputy General Director for Corporate Development of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
