National operator KazTransGas JSC put into operation The Central Dispatch Control (CDC) in Kyzylorda on the highway of the main gas pipeline “Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent” (MG “BBSH”).
The Central Dispatching control is a high-tech, computerized complex that performs the functions of collecting, processing and transmitting all the necessary information for the safe and reliable operation of the facilities of MG “BBSH”. Its functions also include remote monitoring and monitoring of the operation of the facilities of MG “BBSH” in real time.
For control and management of gas transportation at MG “BBSH”, a SCADA system was introduced, which controls the parameters of compressor stations operation in online mode and provides transmission and data exchange between all gas pipeline facilities. SCADA system is equipped with the most modern equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers.
In case of extraordinary situations and the output of technological equipment beyond the parameters, the system will respond to deviations in a timely manner and, depending on the degree of priority of the accident, sends an emergency message to the Central Dispatch Control. The functions of the program include the ability to block the failed elements, up to their complete shutdown. If the accident still occurred, the operational team goes to the scene, already having all the data on the incident, lists the necessary tools, spare parts, components. This allows you to minimize the time to repair and complete elimination of the accident.
National operator KazTransGas JSC, in support of the program” Digital Kazakhstan”, initiated by the President of the country, introduces such innovative technologies in almost all areas of the gas industry in Kazakhstan.
To ensure the safety of Kazakhstanis, modern means of automation and control are introduced. The Central Dispatch Control in Kyzylorda is a part of the Unified dispatching control system of KazTransGas group of companies.
