Gas industry workers mastership competition “Uzdyk maman-2018” completed in Taraz.

KazTransGas JSC started traditional Gas industry workers mastership competition “Uzdyk maman -2018”. The first phase of competition was held this year at underground gas storage facility Akyrtobe, located in Zhambyl oblast. Event organizer – Intergas Central Asia JSC (is a part of KazTransGas JSC group).

Workers of Taraz MGPM and 22 representatives of regional branches showed their professional skills. Gas specialists demonstrated their skills in such nominations as Gas Production Operator, Driller, Drilling Assistant and Well Exploration Operator.

The competent commission checked the level of theoretical and practical knowledge, paying special attention to the issues of labor protection and workers health. In addition to professional skills, gas workers have worked out the first aid provision methods.

At the same time, in the nomination “Operator for oil and gas production” Tarzan Useynguly Musakhanovich from Shymkent MGPM won the first place, the second place – Yaltasov Mukhtar Bazarbayly from Aktobe MGPM, the third place – Danylbayev Kairat Lesovich from Taraz MGPM. In the nomination “Driller”, Abilkasimov Zharylkasym Turapovich from Shymkent MGPM took the first place. In the nomination “Assistant driller”, Yeraliyev Zhanbolat Abdurakhmanovich from Taraz MGPM took the first place, Alzhan Kandarbekov from Shymkent MGPM took the second place, and Adil Serikbaevich Kozhakhmetov from Taraz MGPM took the second place. In the nomination “Survey Operator”, Shahanov Miras Kautzhanyly from the Aktobe MGPM took the first place, Ahramov Bahram Makhambetovich from Shymkent MGPM took the second place, Erlan Mamyrkulovich Smailov from Taraz MGPM took the third place.

Winners were awarded diplomas, encouraged by cash prizes and valuable gifts. Traditionally, winners of the competition for high professional skills were provided with wage premium for the forthcoming year.

For reference: The competition is held annually and consists of two stages – qualifying and final. The final stage of the completion will be held in June this year in Atyrau branch of Intergas Central Asia JSC. More than 100 participants of 15 competitive professions that became the best under results of the first round will take part in the competition.

The main objective of the Competition is to improve professional skills, identify and distribute advanced methods of work, increase the moral and material interest of workers in ensuring of incident-free, high-efficiency work, high technical reliability of gas transportation system, and enhancement of laborer profession stauts.
