Reporting meeting of Deputy General Director – Deputy PMT Leader with employees of structural subdivisions of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP Project Management Team (PMT).

The meeting of Deputy General Director – Deputy PMT Leader with employees of structural subdivisions of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP Project Management Team (PMT) has been held on 10.10.2017 in Almaty.

The expected results of PMT work for the 3rd quarter of 2017 and objectives for the 4th quarter of 2017 have been discussed in the agenda.

The following works have been performed during the 3rd quarter of 2017:

1. Positive conclusion of Gosexpertiza RSE for DED of “BBS Gas Pipeline Construction. Adjustment 3” has been obtained on August 01, 2017;

2. Control on construction of ERC and SC Saksaulsk, Aksuat, SCADA and telecommunications facilities (0-1454,3km) is being carried out;

3. Detail documentation has been transferred to the Contractor to the fullest extent and clarification of ARR coordinates has been performed in-situ for commencement of construction of along route (service) roads of Phase II at Beineu-Bozoy section and Beineu GMS;

4. The works on arrangement of gas pipeline route protection against blowing out and sandy soil displacement at 311-882,6 km section of Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent MGP LP are continued;

5. 72-hour tests and anti-surge tests of GTU at Bozoy CS have been carried out;

6. Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent Gas Pipeline construction schedule has been updated and submitted for consideration and approval of the Partnership GMP;

Objectives for the 4th quarter of 2017:

1. To complete works on designing of Bozoy CS facilities;

2. To complete works on designing of facilities of ERC and SC Karaozek, ERC and SC Shornak;

3. To continue review, revision and approval of detail documentation under the facilities of SCADA /Telecom;

4. To proceed with development of DD for construction of Beineu GMS;

5. To continue administering the works performance by KING JSC on designer supervision, revision and agreement of detail documentation under the РМТ-033 and РМТ-050 contracts;

6. To introduce amendments to DD of ERC and SC Karaozek, ERC and SC Shornak, ERC and SC Saksaulsk, ERC and SC Aksuat according to the obtained positive conclusion of Gosexpertiza RSE “BBS Gas pipeline construction. Adjustment 3”;

7. To proceed with preparatory activities on adjustment of FS for determination of the cost of facilities under the 3rd phase of construction of Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent MGP;

8. To complete acceptance of DED “BBS Gas pipeline construction. Adjustment 3” Step 2 from KING JSC;

9. To update the Partnership Files register for 2018;

10. To update the Instruction on technical documentation control of the Partnership.
