The meeting of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP top management with the members of Trade union committee of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP Local Trade Union Public Association has been held on October 10, 2017 in Almaty.

Action plan of Trade union committee up to the end of 2017, admission of new members of Trade union and its budget for 2018 has been discussed in the agenda.

Having summarized the meeting results, General Director of the Partnership pointed out that the Trade union committee, even taking into account insufficient funds, has performed the sufficiently persistent activities: various actions have been implemented, as well as with participation of children of the Partnership employees; prior to signing the Collective agreement, punctual work on rendering various measures of social support to employees (on occasion of children birth, relatives death, payment of compensation for children rest in children youth camps and etc.) has been performed.

Serik Yestayevich gave prominence to signing of the Collective agreement, implementation of which conditions is being performed in the Partnership. He emphasized that: “Collective agreement – is a basic element of social, legal security of the Partnership employees. Within the year, Human Resources Department together with the Trade union committee should monitor its execution”.

Under the results of discussion the following decisions have been made:

1. To continue work on admission of new members of the Trade union with maximum coverage of the Partnership employees.

2. At the beginning of November to hold General meeting of Trade union, during which to elect its Chairman and take other organizational decisions if required.

3. To bring the issue on draft budget of the Trade union for 2018 with reference to transfer of certain funds from the Partnership budget for discussion during the next meeting.
