On holding the 28th meeting of Coordination committee for operation of Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan-China gas pipeline

On April 25-26, the 28th meeting of the Coordination Committee for operation of Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan-China gas pipeline was held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

17 companies and 85 delegates participated in the project. QazaqGaz NC JSC together with Asia Gas Pipeline LLP and Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP represented the Delegation of our country.

The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sino-Pipeline Company Ltd, chaired by Mr. Meng Xiangdong. Within the framework of the project, the most important points about production situations at the previous phase of pipeline transport were discussed, where gas supply and transportation plans for 2023 and the first quarter of 2024 were approved. At the same time, an interchange of skills took place according to the construction of digital pipelines and the construction of green and low-carbon actions. The delegations of 4 countries summed up the results of gas resources and their operation in 2022. In conclusion, the Minutes of the meeting were signed.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Meng Xiangdong, Chairman of the Coordination Committee handed over the flag and symbol of the Coordination Committee for operation of Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan-China gas pipeline (TUKC) to Mr. E. Kaiypov, General Director of Asia Gas Pipeline LLP for the right to hold the next 29th meeting of the Committee in Kazakhstan.
