Jin Quingguo was born in September of 1969.
Education: he graduated from University in 1991. In December of 2013 he completed the EMBA program in Huston.
He started his working career in 1991. In different years he worked as an engineer in CNPC International (Venezuela), held a position of the First Deputy General Director/PMT Leader in Asia Gas Pipeline LLP. Currently he is working as the Vice-President of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd.
