Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP would like to announce on holding of open tender “Services on maintenance of the electronic document management system”. (Full list of purchased services, detailed specification, place and required terms of services rendering are indicated in bid documentation).
All desirous potential suppliers, meeting qualification requirements, specified in bid documentation, are allowed for tender.
In order to receive the copies of bid documentation, the potential supplier shall submit an original power of attorney to receive the bid documentation and copy of ID card for the representative of the potential supplier. You can obtain the package of bid documentation at the address: 10th floor, ABYLAI KHAN PLAZA BC, 53 Abylai khan Av., Almaty, А05А2К5, Tender Procedures and Contracts Monitoring Department.
For the bid submission a potential supplier (or a trusted representative of a potential supplier) shall provide an original power of attorney for the submission of the bid, and copies of the identity card of a potential supplier (or a trusted representative of a potential supplier).
Bid closing date is May 04, 2022 by 10:00 a.m.
Bid envelopes will be opened on May 04, 2022 at 12:00 p. m. at the following address: 53, Abylai khan Av., ABYLAI KHAN PLAZA, conference room (the 10th floor), Almaty, А05А2К5.
The potential suppliers’ representatives will be allowed to the envelopes opening procedure only upon submission of an original power of attorney and copy of ID card for the representative of the potential supplier for participation in the envelopes opening procedure.
