Deputy Chairman of the Management Board is appointed in QazaqGaz NC JSC

Anuar Zhaksybekov was appointed to the post of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Geological Exploration and Production in QazaqGaz National Company JSC.

He graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Patrice Lumumba in Moscow with a degree in Geology and Exploration of Oil and Gas Fields. He is a qualified geological engineer. Throughout his career, he underwent numerous specialized programs for qualification improvement.

He began his career in 1982 at Kazakh-Oil-Emba OJSC, where he worked as an operator for oil and gas production at the oldest domestic fields Baichunas and Karsak. Working in the structure of KazMunayGas NC JSC he passed a long way from the chief engineer in production management to managerial positions in KazMunayGas RD JSC and EmbaMunayGas JSC. He also has experience in international oil and gas companies such as N Operating Company LLP, KMG Kashagan B.V. on projects of the North Caspian Sea, as well as in the West Kazakhstan oblast of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He has a number of industry medals, awards and certificates, he is “Honorary Investigator of Subsoil of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the honorary citizen of Makat district. He is awarded with Kurmet medal.

QazaqGaz National Company is the main gas company of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which represents the interests of the state both on local and foreign gas market.

QazaqGaz NC JSC is vertically integrated national gas company which performs the activity on the chain order from geological development and production to sale of the final product.
