Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP would like to announce on holding of repeated open tender for rendering services on maintenance and repair of along-route roads of Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent MGP (full list of purchased services, detailed specification, place and required terms of services rendering are indicated in bid documentation).
All desirous potential suppliers meeting qualification requirements, specified in bid documentation are allowed for tender.
Bid documentation package is available until 18:30 of January 21, 2020 inclusive at: 53, Abylai khan Av., ABYLAI KHAN PLAZA BC, Almaty, 10th floor, Tender Procedures and Contracts Monitoring Department, except days off and holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 18:30 p.m. (lunch from 13:00 till 14:30) of Almaty time.
In order to receive the package of Bid documentation and for submission of the bid, it’s required to submit the following documents:
– Power of attorney to potential supplier’s representative for receipt of Bid documentation (original).
Bids of potential suppliers, registered in registry log of the issued bid documentation for participation in tender, shall be submitted (sent) sealed in envelopes to Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP to: 53, Abylai khan Av., ABYLAI KHAN PLAZA BC, Almaty, 10th floor, Tender Procedures and Contracts Monitoring Department.
Bid closing date is January 22, 2020 by 10:00 a.m.
Bid envelopes will be opened on January 22, 2020 at 12:00 а.m. at the following address: 53, Abylai khan Av., ABYLAI KHAN PLAZA BC, conference room (the 9th floor), Almaty. Potential suppliers may attend bid envelopes opening.
