Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP would like to announce on holding of repeated open tender on purchase of services on rent of archive for storage of radiographic test films and documents in hard copies (full list of purchased services, detailed specification, place and required terms of services rendering are indicated in bid documentation).
All desirous potential suppliers meeting qualification requirements, specified in bid documentation are allowed for tender.
Bid documentation package is available from 9:00 till 18:30 of August 16, 2019 inclusive at: 10th floor, “Tender procedures and contracts monitoring department”, Abylay khan ave., 53 Almaty, 050000 daily except for weekends and holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 18:30 p.m. (lunch from 13:00 till 14:30) upon submission the followings:
- The Power of attorney to potential supplier’s representative for receipt of Bid documentation (original);
- The potential’s supplier’s representative identification card copy;
- Electronic storage (“flash card”) with a free space of at least 512Mb (megabytes).
Bids for participation in tender sealed in envelopes shall be submitted (sent) by potential suppliers to Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP to: 10th floor, “Tender procedures and contracts monitoring department”, Abylay khan ave., 53 Almaty, 050000, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Bid closing date is August 19, 2019 by 10:00 a.m.
Bid envelopes will be opened on August 19, 2019 at 11:00 а.m. at the following address: 09th floor, “Conference room”, Abylay khan ave., 53 Almaty, 050000, the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Potential suppliers, in the presence of a power of attorney to participate in the procedure for opening envelopes, may attend bid envelopes opening.
