“KazTransGas” JSC opened a specialized Center of public service in Kostanay

On May 20, 2015 on the basis of Kostanay production branch of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak” the solemn opening of a single center for the provision of services to individuals and legal entities – a specialized public service center (PSC) took place. Akim of Kostanay region Nuraly Saduakasov and the General Director of JSC «KazTransGas Aimak» Ibulla Serdi attended the opening ceremony.

The specialized public service Center is equipped with modern technology that allows to integrate information systems and to provide services on the principle of “one window” in the shortest possible time. As noted in his welcoming speech General Director of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak”: “The PSC will not only simplify the procedure of obtaining the services of gas supply for customers, but also help to obtain the necessary information of the company “KazTransGas Aimak”. Since all business processes will be optimized, it will be much easier to obtain statistics on gasification, information on the needs of residents or emerging problems. This means that it will be possible to solve the issues much more quickly. This is a big plus for both our consumers and KazTransGas Aimak.”

In the new center you can get the following services:

– submit an application for the issuance of specifications and obtain the manufactured specifications;

– sign a contract for the development of the gas supply project and construction and installation works;

– complete projects of gas supply for approval;

– receive invoices for services rendered;

– get advice on all issues of interest related to gas supply;

– get the services provided by the billing company.

This is only a short list of works that will be done by PSC. Previously, most of the services could be obtained only in the building of Kostanay gas industry. However, the remote location, the lack of a computerized system gave the citizens some inconvenience. The new center is located in the Central part of the city, equipped with an electronic queue system and a comfortable waiting room. Today in the region there are more than 160 thousand subscribers.

For reference: the Construction of a specialized public service center in Kostanay is the second project of KazTransGas JSC. The first center was opened on February 12 this year in Shymkent, South Kazakhstan production branch of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak”. Receiving services in the format of “one window” was highly appreciated by customers.
