KazTransGas JSC has started to implement the strategic development plan of the company “100 steps in the field of gas and gas supply”.

The national operator KazTransGas JSC developed and approved a strategic plan for further development of the group of companies – “100 steps in the field of gas and gas supply”.

KazTransGas JSC became the first company within JSC “National Welfare Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” and among domestic oil and gas companies implementing such a strategic development program.

All the steps of the program prescribed by the National operator in the field of gas and gas supply are not only new directions, but also concrete actions taken by the group of companies of KazTransGas JSC. This will allow getting the maximum benefit for the state from the company’s activities within the framework of implementation of 100 concrete steps on implementation of five institutional reforms outlined by the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The strategic program of KazTransGas JSC consists of six main blocks:

1. Improvement of personnel and social policy

2. Improvement of the regulatory framework in the field of gas and gas supply

3. Industrialization and economic growth

4. Innovative development and progressive technical policy

5. Increasing the resource base

6. Improvement of management system and business processes

The main objectives of the implementation of the plan is to become a National operator of gas sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the sphere of liquefied gas market, to improve credit and investment rating, to increase the investment attractiveness. Also in the priorities of KazTransGas JSC is the successful implementation of the approved last year by the Government of Kazakhstan the General scheme of gasification of the country.
