JSC “KazTransGas” informs about staff assignments.

Sharipbayev Kairat Kamataevich who previously held the position of Director General (Chief Executive Officer) of JSC «KazTransGas» has been assigned to position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC «KazTransGas» since December 11, 2015.

Suleimanov Rustam Eduardovich has been assigned to position of Director General (Chief Executive Officer) of JSC «KazTransGas».

Suleimanov Rustam Eduardovich previously has been holding the position of Deputy General Director for Marketing and Commerce of JSC «KazTransGas» (a member of the Board).

Mr. Suleimanov was born on March 4, 1973 in Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan oblast.

He graduated from Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy, with specialization in “Economic Cybernetics”.

In the gas sector employs since 1997.

From 1997 to 2000 worked in OJSC “Alautransgaz” on various positions, leading financial inspections, financial control department and economic department.

2000-2001 – worked as a manager of consulting working group on the gas supply project, regional manager of OJSC “KTG Distribution”.

2002-2013 – working in JSC “KazTransGas Aimak” as a Director of marketing and contracts department.

2013-2014 – Managing Director (a member of the Board) of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak”.

Since November 2014 till February 2015 – Deputy General Director for Development of JSC “KazTransGas”.

Since February 2015 – Deputy General Director on Marketing and Commerce (a member of the Board).

JSC «KazTransGas» is the national gas and gas supply operator of Kazakhstan. Group of JSC «KazTransGas» includes enterprises and organizations producing, transportating and selling gas and gas products.
