KazTransGas JSC early repurchased bonds in the amount of 270,000,000 US dollars.

KazTransGas JSC successfully completed the transaction on partial repurchase of bonds on international capital markets, which were issued in 2007, with a maturity of up to 2017 inclusive. Redemption effected through a public offer to purchase (Сashonly tender offer) to holders of Eurobonds with a nominal volume of 270 000 000 (two hundred and seventy million) US dollars.

Dealer managers for the redemption of bonds were “Citigroup Global Markets Limited”, “ING Bank N.V., London Branch” and “Natixis Securities Americas LLC”.

The successful completion of the transaction allowed the company to optimize its debt obligations, reduce currency risks and reduce debt service costs. Partial early redemption of Eurobonds testifies to the company’s financial stability and effective liquidity management policy. The positive economic effect will be about 3 billion KZT.

KazTransGas JSC plans to redeem the remaining part of the bonds in the near future.
