JSC "KazTransGas" opened another specialized service Center in Atyrau.

Today in Atyrau, a solemn opening of a specialized center for the provision of services to the population (SCPSP). It was opened based on Atyrau production branch of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak”. The opening ceremony was attended by first Deputy Akim of Atyrau region Gumar Duisembayev and Deputy General Director of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak” Akylbay Saparov.

The specialized public service Center is equipped with modern technology that allows integrating information systems and providing services on the principle of «one window» in the shortest possible time. The center can serve up to 50 people at a time. SMS-mailing is implemented here, which allows to automatically notify customers about the readiness of documents for gasification.

The main purpose of the SCPSP is high-quality and fast service of its subscribers. Consumers of JSC “KazTransGas Aimak” will be able to address their questions. In particular, the collection and reception of documents for gasification, opening of personal accounts for payment for gas consumption, drafting of contracts, etc.

The opening of the new Stage will allow to provide services to the population in more comfortable updated conditions. For the convenience of citizens in the SCPSP there are a waiting room, sectors consultants, documentation and registration, as well as the sector of issuance of finished documents.

In total, SCPSP provides 26 types of services.

For reference: Previously JSC “KazTransGas Aimak” opened a SCPSP in Shymkent, Kostanay and Taraz. Soon it is planned to open a similar Center in Uralsk. Today in Atyrau region there are more than 113 thousand subscribers or more than 500 thousand inhabitants of the region.
