PROMISING PROFESSIONALS FROM KAZTRANSGAS BECAME PART OF THE UNIFIED PERSONNEL RESERVE.

Within the framework of the program of formation of the Unified personnel reserve of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”, a meeting of Chairman of the Board of Sauat Mynbayev and members of the Board of KMG with employees enrolled in the Unified personnel reserve for the group of companies of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” was held.

The main objective of the Unified personnel reserve program is to provide purposeful and systematic training of future managers to ensure the continuity of management, as well as to provide the best employees with opportunities for development and career growth in the KMG group of companies. The participants of the personnel reserve are employees of the group of companies “KazMunayGas”, who passed the competitive selection with strict observance of objectivity and transparency in the evaluation of professional and personal qualities of candidates.

Just covered 99 candidates from them, taking into account the results of assessment evaluation and review, the commissions selected 30 people. The KMG Board approved a list of 30 reservists, including 18 candidates – employees of the Corporate center and 12 – employees of the KMG group of companies. For each reservist, an individual plan was approved, which defines the areas and competencies for further development. It is also worth mentioning the approval of career plans for each reservist, where the areas of further career growth are defined.

From the group of companies JSC “KazTransGas” in the Single personnel reserve of JSC NC “KazMunaiGas” were enrolled seven people. Among them: Yermek Jilkishiyev – leading specialist of business planning and economic analysis of “Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline” LLP, Azamat Kulmuhametov – engineer ECP 1st category of JSC “Intergas Central Asia”, Sabina Tokaeva – Deputy Director of the Department of gas business development of JSC “KazTransGas”, Bulat Gorbunov – head of legal support and asset management of LLP “Amangeldy Gas”, Daulet Musayev – head of Production and technical department of LLP “Amangeldy Gas”, Bolat Saparbek – the Director of the Department of information technologies JSC “KazTransGas Aimak”, Damir Mikeev – leading specialist of the Department of procurement and monitoring of LLP “Asian Gas Pipeline”.

Sauat Mynbayev congratulated the audience on their admission to the Unified personnel reserve. Addressing the participants of the meeting, he noted that one of the priorities of the long-term development of KMG is the preparation of the personnel reserve, which includes the search for young promising leaders in order to prepare leaders of a new format with modern competencies. As part of the business transformation, the management of the national company has high hopes for the reservists, as their hard work and high qualifications will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives set for KMG. The company, in turn, will create all the necessary conditions for training and development of reservists.
