TALGAT ADILOVICH ADILOV Born in 1971 in the West Kazakhstan oblast, State Academy of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin (1993), specialty “Engineering, construction and operation of gas and oil pipelines and gas and oil storage facilities”, qualification “Mechanical Engineer”.
1993-1994 – Engineer of Gas Transportation and Storage Department of Kazakhgazhobalau Scientific Research Design Institute of the Ministry of Gas Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1994-1996 – Foreman of the Linear Operational Service, Engineer for gas facilities equipment operation of the Uralsk Linear Production Department of Main Gas Pipelines of Uralsktransgaz State Enterprise.
