Cai Jian, born in 1980, a native of the People’s Republic of China. In 2007, he graduated from China University of Petroleum, (Beijing) with specialization in “Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation” (Ph.D).
From 2007 to 2008, he worked in the Pipeline Institute of China Petroleum Planning Institute.
In 2009, Appointed as Deputy Manager of China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline Terminal Project Department (Deputy Head).
In 2011, Appointed as Deputy Director of China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline Engineering Dispatching Office.
In 2012, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline at Kyaukpyu Oil and Gas Management Division.
In 2014 ，Appointed as Deputy Director of Made Island Management Office of China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline.
In 2017, Appointed as director of Oil and Gas Management Department of Muse Pipeline of China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline.
In 2019, Appointed as General Manager Assistant of China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline.
In 2020，Appointed as the Director of the Production and Operations Department of China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline.
In 2021, Appointed as Deputy General Director of ATG.
Since 2022, he has been appointed to the position of General Director at Beineu-Shymkent Gas pipeline LLP.
During the period, he was engaged in pipeline engineering construction, commissioning, operation and safety management.
