Jia Huaigan – was born in 1968 in PRC, Henan province. In 1991 he graduated from Zhengzhou University. In different years he worked in Asia Trans Gas JV LLP (Uzbekistan), China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation.
In 2011 he took position of Deputy Director of Tender Procedures and Contracts Monitoring Department.
Since May 2013 he was appointed as Deputy General Director for Commerce of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
