The role of the youth in the development of the company - the main subject of the first meeting of the youth of Intergas Central Asia JSC.

Today in Astana the First Youth Meeting of Intergas Central Asia JSC (a subsidiary of KazTransGas JSC) on the subject “The Role of the Youth in the Development of the Company” was held. More than 100 young workers from all regions of the location of KazTransGas JSC attended in the event, including Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe, Uralsk, Taraz, Almaty, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Shymkent Main Gas Pipelines Management (hereinafter – MGPM), Engineering and Technology Center.

Mr. Mukhatai Shanbatyrov, First Deputy General Director of Intergas Central Asia JSC has greeted young participants of the meeting. “It is important to encourage young people to actively participate in the company’s activities, determine the role and place of the youth in solving production problems, charge, elevate the team spirit to a new level. To strengthen in minds of the youth the importance of developing the values of the Company, corporate culture. He has pointed out that also it is necessary to raise the awareness of the younger generation on the policy of developing “green” renewable energy in Kazakhstan by realization of their ideas into the production of the Company”.

The meeting was the open discussion platform for discussing the company’s development strategy, protecting its own new ideas aimed at improving production activities and increasing the company’s economic efficiency, and sharing experience. The young employees of the Company have offered about 20 projects, the best of which will be selected and will receive practical application.

One of the main events in the program of the meeting is visiting Expo-2017 exhibition and discussion of innovative ideas presented in it in the sectional works of the meeting in the areas of production activities: compressor stations, the linear part of the main gas pipeline, instrumentation and automation, energy and water supply, electrochemical protection, regional gas facilities and occupational and health safety.

In the program of the meeting there are also meetings with experienced specialists, instructors, veterans of the gas transportation industry; trainings and seminars with invited experts.
