Reporting meeting of S.Yestay, General Director with a labour collective of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP regarding results of production and economic activity of the Partnership in 2016.
On February 23, 2017 S. Yestay General Director addressed to labour collective of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP (hereinafter – the Partnership) with a report on results of production and economic activity of the Partnership in 2016.
Summing up the results of 2016, S.Yestay noted the steady growth of production and financial results of the Partnership. Overfullfillment of gas transportation plan through Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent main gas pipeline (BBS MGP) over the reporting period amounted to 27%: planed – 1.712 bln/m3, actual volume – 2.166 bln/m3. In December 2016, Akbulak gas metering station (GMS), along-route road at the section 311-1050 km BBSh MGP, section Beineu-Bozoy 0-311km were commissioned. In November 2016 the Partnership has successfully passed the second supervisory audit of the integrated management system, the results of which confirmed compliance of the Partnership’s activity with the requirements of international standards ISO and extended the validity of the following certificates for one year: quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), occupational health ( OHSAS 18001).
The Agreement on introduction of changes and amendments into the Facility agreement with Project completion by June 30, 2017 was signed on February 01, 2016. A tranche in the amount of $250 mln USD was received in May 2016 for 1st Phase. A tariff for transportation of commercial gas through main gas pipelines in the amount of 18 071 KZT/1000 m3 exclusive of VAT was set from March 01, 2016. Under results of the year 2016, the Partnership received net income in the amount of – 14 989 343 thous.KZT.
General Director S. Yestay noted that the Partnership has fully fulfilled its all obligations to employees, by timely payment of salary, bonuses and lump sum allowance for health improvement. Within the limits of the permanent program of the Partnership for the development of personnel, the skills development plan has been fulfilled by 100%. Every quarter, in accordance with integrated rules of internal communication system, meetings of line managers with employees of subdivisions are being held in order to ensure well-defined interaction system between managers and employees.
In accordance with results of activity of Trade union, Public Association “Local Trade Union” of the Partnership’s employees, A.Kozhakov the Chairman of the Trade Union have announced results of work and pointed out the most important task of the Trade union – conclusion of Collective Agreement of the Partnership.
At the end of reporting meeting, General Director S.Yestay thanked all for efficient work and whished successful execution of all plans and tasks set by shareholders in 2017.
