Love for the profession from generation to generation.

The representatives of the Yeschanov family of labor dynasty of gas workers, have received awards from the Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC.

May 13, 2016, the first Deputy General Director of JSC “KazTransGas” I. Serdi as well as members of the labor dynasty of gas workers the Yeschanov took part in a solemn event dedicated to the “Day of labor dynasties” of the group of companies of “Samruk-Kazyna”, which is traditionally dedicated to the International day of the family. The purpose of this event is to promote and support the Institute of labor dynasties as an effective tool for public promotion of intergenerational continuity and social stability.

“Promotion of labor dynasties is one of the key factors in the formation of cohesion and a favorable climate in the teams, maintaining social stability and development of social partnership”, – said in his speech the Chairman of the Board of  Samruk-Kazyna JSC Umirzak Shukeyev. According to him, measures to strengthen the commitment of employees of the profession lead not only to increase the efficiency of a single company, but also have a beneficial effect on the prosperity of Kazakhstan as a whole.

On behalf of the national operator in the field of gas and gas supply “KazTransGas” the labor dynasty of gas workers was represented by the family of Eschanovs from Atyrau.

7 family members with a total work experience of 128 years work in the field of main transportation of natural gas. The wife of the head of the dynasty, Mariash Apa, her elder son Marat Pobedowich and granddaughter Aidana came from Atyrau to the ceremony of awarding the medals “Labour dynasty of Samruk-Kazyna JSC”.

The head of dynasty Eschanov Pobeda Zhumagalievich was born in 1945. He joined the gas industry in 1971 as an engineer. After career from foreman of mechanical-repair workshop to the General Director “Kazakhenergoexpertise” he put his whole soul, all his skills for the industry. At the same time, he was always ready to share his skills, happy to train young specialists and share his experience with them, as the gas industry was just beginning its formation. He did not forget about social activities either, he was repeatedly elected Deputy of Makat district.

Pobeda Jumagalievich together with his wife Mariash Eschanov raised seven children, also helped raise 19 grandchildren that this wonderful family has. In addition, almost all the Eschanovs continued the work of Pobeda Jumagalievich, and somehow connected their lives with the gas industry.

“The question of professional choice before us never stood,” says the eldest son Marat Pobedovich Eschanov who is a senior engineer UMG “Atyrau”. Inspired by the example of our father, we followed his footsteps, passing the love of the profession of gasman from generation to generation. Gas workers are people of a special profession from whom high discipline and responsibility is required. Connected by family ties, we try not to let each other down, to be always “on top”, to keep the brand name Eschanovs and with everyday hard work to contribute to the development of the native company “KazTransGas” and the gas industry of the country as a whole!

As part of the event, representatives of labor dynasties also planted trees on the Avenue of labor dynasties of the Fund and took part in a tour of the city of Astana.
