Interview of Zhilkishiyev Yermek

My career began in 2009 in JSC JV “Zarechnoe “(JSC “Kazatomprom”) as a specialist of the Department of logistics. I have been working in the Partnership since 2011, during the work I have proved myself on the positive side, because I love the work I do and I take a responsible attitude to the work and its results.

The management of the company evaluated my responsible attitude to work and hard work, as a result of which I was selected from the list for further testing prepared by JSC NC “KazMunayGas” together with the Corporate University “Samruk-Kazyna”. Further, in the online mode at the workplace, special tests were passed to assess abilities and personal and motivational questionnaires were filled in. After testing, I was admitted to the next stages-such as analytical presentation and competency interviews with top managers of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”. Having successfully passed all stages, I was enrolled in the personnel reserve of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”. I would like to note that the test was not easy, I believe that the main criterion for passing in addition to logical thinking and practical skills based on experience is the maximum concentration.

Given that the personnel reserve is a tool for training qualified specialists of the group of companies, I believe that reservists will gain unique experience and knowledge, will eventually become a valuable asset and will further contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the group of companies.
