Pang Shubao, born in 1982, in Hebei Province, China.
In 2005, he graduated from the China University of Petroleum (Beijing) with a bachelor’s degree in “Marketing”.
In 2018, he received a master’s degree in “Projects Management” from the China University of Petroleum (Huadong).
Since 2009 until 2026, he has been worked as the head of the marketing and tender management division in Asia Trans Gas LLC – Uzbek-Chinese joint venture.
Since May 2026, he was appointed as the Deputy General Director for Business Support in Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline.
