Nurlan Yerzhanovich Temerzhanov – was born in 1988 in Almaty.
In 2008 he graduated from the Almaty College of Communications at Kazakh-American University in specialty “Communication networks and switching systems”. In 2011 he received a higher education from the Kazakh-American University in specialty “Radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications”. In 2016 he graduated from Turan University in specialty “Jurisprudence”. He is currently studying at Korkyt Ata University in specialty “Oil and Gas Engineering”.
He began his career in 2013 at Crystal Management LLP (gas turbine power station, Akshabulak field), where he worked as a communication technician and then as a telecommunication engineer.
For the period 2015- 2018, he held the position of Deputy Head of Administrative and Economic Support Division in the Main Telecommunication Network Control Center”.
For the period 2018 – 2019, he worked in the position of Deputy Director for Operational Efficiency of support functions.
In 2019 he worked in the position of Chief Auditor for Almaty and the Almaty oblast for buildings and structures at Kazakhtelecom JSC (Central Administration).
For the period 2019 – 2023, he held the position of Lead Analyst in the Government Communications System at Kazakhtelecom JSC.
For the period 2023 – 2024, he worked in the position of Lead Engineer in Engineering Division of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP, and since 2024 until 2025 – Deputy Director of Construction Department. Since December 2025 until March 2026 he worked in the position of Deputy Director of Engineering Department.
Since April 2026 he has held the position of Deputy General Director for Construction and Repair of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
