Talgat Kaimenovich Yessendiyarov was born 1987 in Uralsk. In 2009, he graduated from Eurasian National University with a degree in “International relations” (Astana). In 2013, he finished China Petroleum University (Beijing) with a degree in “Oil and Gas industry”.
