About personnel changes in Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.

On March 28, 2016, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “KazTransGas” JSC Sharipbayev Kairat Kamataevich presented to the staff of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP a new General Director (Chairman of the Board).
Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP is a company with equal participation of Kazakhstan and China, created for the construction of the Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent main gas pipeline.
A representative of the Chinese side previously headed Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
On March 28, 2016, the representative of Kazakhstan – Serik Yestay, who previously held the position of First Deputy General Director of KazTransGas JSC, was appointed the General Director (Chairman of the Board).
The Chinese representative, Wang Lijun became the First Deputy General Director, member of the Board.
Sanzhar Shabdukarimov was appointed Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance, member of the Board.
Ahead of schedule stopped powers of General Director (Chairman of the Board) Liu Zhihua, first Deputy General Director Olzhas Tusupbekov, Deputy General Director – Chief accountant Nurlan Akhanzaripov.
For reference: KazTransGas JSC is the national operator of Kazakhstan in the field of gas and gas supply. The group of JSC “KazTransGas” includes extracting, transporting and selling gas and products of its processing enterprises and organizations.
