Mukan Abdraukovich Sadvakassov was born on April 2, 1964 in Almaty oblast. In 1989 he graduated from the Alma – Ata Architectural and Construction Institute, with a degree in Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation, in 2012 – Taraz State University named after M.Kh.Dulati, specialty Economics.
1989 – 1999 he worked for Kazgazstroymontazh Construction Directorate as a foreman;
1999 – 2004 – for Almatyintergaz OJSC (Almatygorgaz) as lead engineer, chief engineer of Repair and Restoration Service, Head of Gas Emergency Services;
2004 – 2015 – for KazTransGas Aimak JSC, as Head of Production and Technical Division, Director of Production and Technical Department, Technical Director, Director of Zhambyl Regional Branch,
2015 – 2016 – for Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP as Deputy General Director for Operation; 2016 – for KazTransGaz-Almaty JSC as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
2017 – 2018 – for KazTransGas-Aimak JSC as Deputy General Director.
November 2018 – September 2020 – Deputy General Director on Transportation at Asia Gas Pipeline LLP.
Since October 2020, Deputy General Director for operation, Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
