Zhao Shouyi, born in PRC in Liaoning province.
In 1989 graduated from Zhejiang University with a degree in Storage and transportation of oil and gas, Bachelor of Engineering.
At different times he worked at Liaohe Petroleum Engineering Company Limited of PetroChina.
In 2011 held an appointment of Chief Engineer of JV Asia Trans Gas LLC, Trans Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited.
From November 9, 2012 took a position of Managing Coordinator of Beineu –Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
From May 18, 2017 – appointed to a position of Deputy General Director – Deputy PMT Leader of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
