Beibut Kazhimkanovich Saurambayev was born on June 22, 1975 in Arkalyk town, Kostanay oblast. In 1997 he graduated from Kazakh National Technical University with a specialization in “Automatics and control in technical systems”, qualification “Electrical Engineer”.
