The solemn ceremony was held in Astana, where the start of the new industrial facilities in the online mode was carried out from the Unified dispatching center of KazTransGas JSC. The event was attended By Minister of energy Bozumbayev K. A., Governor (Akim) of Kyzylorda region Kusherbayev K. E., Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” Sharipbayev K. K.

The launch of the Aral compressor station on the Beineu-Bozoy-Shymkent gas pipeline makes it possible to provide stable gas to the South of the country and increase the export of domestic gas to China.

Commissioning of compressor stations № 5 and 7 completes the large – scale work on the formation of the TRANS – Asian gas pipeline “Central Asia-China”, which unites four States-Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and China. Therefore, this event is important not only for Kazakhstan, but also for all states of the region.

According to the Minister of energy Kanat Bozumbayev, the work of compressor stations №5 and №7 will increase the capacity of the “C” line from 20 to 25 billion cubic meters of gas per year. Now the total capacity of all three threads “A”, “B” and “C” is 55 billion cubic meters of gas. At the same time, the domestic gas transportation system has been updated and has become the most innovative in the Eurasian region.

Governor of the region Krymbek Kusherbayev congratulated the residents of the region on this important event and said that the compressor station “Aral” was built in record time – in just 7 months, new jobs were created, remote areas and villages are being gasified at a high rate.

Within the framework of the state program of digitalization, for safe and stable operation of gas pipelines, SCADA system is installed at the facilities. The program monitors the parameters of the compressor station functions, collects and processes all information and transmits data online. Compressor stations and SCADA system are equipped with the most modern equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers General Electric, Siemens, Cummins, ABB, Huawei, etc.

The innovative equipment used, as well as a set of auxiliary systems, will ensure the safe and technologically uninterrupted transportation of gas during the entire period of operation.
