Since childhood Nagi Inusovich had been dreaming of round-the-world journey by his own ship, which is no wonder, because his father Inus was Aral sea captain at that time,. Nagi spent his childhood in Bozoy village, where Bukhara-Ural gas pipeline was running. Local school teachers tried to focus their pupils on studying such professions, which had been in demand in this region, arranging excursions to compressor station. Actually this predetermined the selection of his future profession, which Nagi Inusovich never regretted later, when he was a mature man. The proverb ”One is worth where he was born” is at best describes his real-life situation.
In 1990 Nagi Inusovich graduated from Aktubinsk Construction Technical School, had been qualified as constructor technician. In the years of perestroika the experts were not in demand in this sphere but was able to apply his theoretical knowledge in practice, having gained a bit of experience in CA-3 of Karachaganak gasstroi trust. Having rejected the position of the division supervisor, in 1990 he joined compressor shop in the capacity of technological compressors KS -10 of Aral Line Administration of Uraltransgas. Within five years he become chief engineer for technological equipment repair & had worked in this capacity for eight years.
At this time he successfully completed distant learning at the faculty of Gas &Oil Pipelines & Gas & Oil storage areas design, construction & operation at Kzylordinskii State University, having obtained the specialty of Mechanic Engineer.
In 2003-2006 Nagi Abuov had coordinated the operation of CS service in all subdivisions of Intergas Central Asia JSC, Aktobe Linear Administration, in the capacity of the 1st category expert, having arranged the operation & repair of compressor station equipment.
As he remembers, the brightest time of his career was in 2006-2007when he had been suggested to give “ the second life” into CS-13 of Intergas Central Asia JSC of Shalkar Linear Administration, this complex had been on a stand by conservation for two long decades. Having recalled these years, Nagi Inusovich notes, that, «heritage» he had acquired was such a burden on his shoulders, & he had to try to do his best to achieve the set up goals. He was lucky to have one of the best brigades in Aktobe under his leadership, known for their mutual support, understanding, united by the aspiration to achieve final goal. At the same time the construction of Zhanazhol CS -13 has been actively performed.
There, in the town of Shalkar Nagi Inusovich had met his future wife Saltanat, with whom they now raise three children.
Than, Abuov had been appointed by Intergas Central Asia JSC Aktobe Linear Administration to Shalkar LA CS-12 in the capacity of Chief Engineer. Since 2013 Abuov Nagi Inusovich works in the capacity of Deputy Director of Operation & Technical Department in Beineu Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP.
Whether he, being a small boy, dreamed of travelling across his native steppe in such a different capacity & that it will become his chief lifework.
His own ship, he leads now- is his big loving & supportive family, he is the head of.
Knowledge gained, obtained professional experience, the status of a qualified oil& gas expert – all enhances his image of a solid stand person, sure of his future Surely, such people, as Abuov Nagi Inusovich, are the bone stone of the economy of our country.
